Van's Tire Pros: Dear Mr. Customer (you’ve now posted under 3 different names, so I’m not sure which one to use). I can assure you that we aren’t posting fake reviews to our own website. We have more important things to be doing with our time. We’re proud to have an average of 4.9 stars across all our locations on Google and 4.8 stars on CarFax. We value honest feedback from our customers and, yes, will occasionally receive a bad review - we’re certainly not perfect. But we use that opportunity to address those concerns directly with the customer and hopefully make things right. Spamming a number of bad reviews under fake names isn’t helping anyone. If you have a specific concern with a recent visit, we’d be more than happy to speak with you and see what we can do to resolve the issue.
