Lisa always finds the time to explain all my repairs and makes me very confident in knowing whats needed. I recommend her to everyone. She knows her stuff and is super nice.

I wish I could give the guys 10 Stars. I appreciate the service. It was without intimidation or belittling. When presenting information what's needed for my car... the information was presented without me feeling burdened regarding repair costs. It is rare these days to find such accommodating and excellent service that I received from Lisa and crew at the Wooster branch of Vans.....She suggested the best tire for my vehicle and even helped with a manufacturer's warranty issue. Lisa made this a pleasant experience for me. If you want a great product along with unparalleled customer service...ask for Lisa at Van's in Wooster!
