Great service, worked with me to accomplish the warranty inspection work that was needed. Turned around in a day like they promised when I called and explained what I needed done.

Almost great service. Manager seems to go out of his way to make sure customer is happy. While waiting, numerous phone calls and every time he made them happy

Jason and Matt at the Waterloo Rd location took AMAZING care of me today. I was having issues with shaking at high speeds and they figured out the root cause, worked with my budget to help me find the best tires to replace the ones that were having issues and made sure the whole experience was painless. Once again just another wonderful customer experience shopping at Van’s Tire Pros.
Highly recommend Waterloo Rd location to anyone in need of auto repair work. They are honest , trustworthy and deliver great customer service.
