I stopped by yesterday to find out myoptions for addressing a flat tire. The lady at the counter wasfriendly and knowledgeable as she outlined what actions could betaken so close to end of day. A quick check of the flat tire revealedthat the puncture was in a place that would be unsafe to patch andgo. I asked about the availability of 4 tires for my vehicle and wasdelighted to hear that there were 3 different options in stock. Thelady at the counter explained that I could drop my car off in themorning, be taken to work in town while the work was completed, andbe picked up after work to be returned to the shop. Outstanding! Ipaid the bill after work and was notified that an inspection hadflagged a need for an air filter in the near future. An estimate wasprovided for the filter replacement. I appreciate the excellentservice, the welcoming attitude of the employees, and the attention to details. I found the pricing to be veryreasonable.I was pleasantly surprised to learn of the tire rotation and tire balance services that came with the tires, as well as the options for oil changes.

Had a oil change/tire rotation at the new Parma store. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will use their service again for my card needs.

I came in for 4 new tires Nexen N500 my review is not on the service I received 4 star but on how the gentlemen at the counter 5 stare was assisting other customers that had more serious car problems than I did. The service person was courteous and tried to help out each customer with estimating costs repair options/ timetable even though that day they were short handed in service bay. one of the other cusotmers stated he does the work himself but when he needs assistance he stops at Van's for service and knows they will take care of him.

Great service just had five vehicles in the last month receive oil change, tires rotated and one tire fixed. Lisa and Ryan are always Very friendly and professional. Thank you!

Great service on my van. Had lights on the dash. They thoroughly checked things and corrected the issue. Kept me informed through the process. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe!
