First time here and likely the only place I’ll go from now on (despite living in Mentor). Brought my car in to check the alignment, but that came back as ok. Thankfully Joel went the extra mile to check my tires as well and found a nail in one and that was causing my problem. I’ve never been to a place that put effort into diagnosing a problem outside of the initial complaint like he did. I am a single girl and feel like I get taken advantage of shops all the time. Not this place. Thank you Joel and the Vans crew!!

This was the only company that went out of their way to find me the tires that i wanted, Taylor even ordered them in for me and let me look at the different options i had. The owner went out of his way too to find special tires for me. Overall wonderful experience and very Friendly!

I want to say that I had the best customer service at Vans.Adam was so helpful and patient.very outgoing and friendly.The entire crew was great and went out of their way working with my problem. After some craziness with my rim,they got my strange wobbly ride.It feels almost perfect now.Thanks so much,all of you,and for being so kind.Heidi

Great bunch of people working here. Very kind and polite. Best of all they gave me a great deal on four tires for my SUV. I scheduled an appointment for this morning to have them put on and I was out within an hour. I feel they did a fantastic job. If you’re looking for kind polite and fast work give them a try. Thank you Mike for helping me with the deal that you gave me. I checked another place and they didn’t even come close to yours.

They completed my scheduled tire quickly and told me the issue was not with my tire but rim corrosion. They removed the corrosion and did not charge me. Wonderful gesture!
