I’ve been helped by this wonderful team (the guys behind the counter as well as the guys working on the cars) at Van’s twice now both times I had suffered a flat tire that needed to be replaced at the worst times possible (during the late night hours) and each time by the next day once they opened they were very quick to help get me back to “life”. First time, about 10 years ago, I was carpool mom and needed my car to get kids/neighborhood kids to school and sport activities and then just last night I needed my tire replaced so that I could get to my job which happens to include a hour commute, I got my car back with the new tire (each time, cars were brand new) quickly and at a super fair and reasonable price. The tire warranty was offered with no pressure and that too was super reasonable so I got it because of my past experiences. I’m so glad I started coming to Van’s and recommend them 100%. You should definitely give them a try and see for yourself, I guarantee you’ll keep coming back!

The guys at the North Ridgeville Vans do a good job at good prices. I started coming here because they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than a dealership for an exact set of new tires for my truck. I’ve kept going back for routine service, new brakes, etc. They do quality work and don’t try to convince you to get extra stuff done. The team is always pleasant to deal with as well.

I purchased tires elsewhere that said they included free alignment. When I got to the place, they said my truck was too big for their alignment machine. Now I’m wishing I would have gotten my tires at Van’s! They were so professional and explained everything and answered all of my questions . They did my alignment and a few other minor services. I dropped my vehicle off the day before my appointment and to my surprise they had my truck done the same day! What great service! Definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now, and will continue to. They’ve always provided me awesome service. Their prices are way better prices than any dealership, and also look for coupons. I trust both of my cars with them, I’ve have brakes, tires and oil changes done with them. Everytime they are great in communicating what they recommend. Best of all, there is never any surprises. Pricing is transparent and upfront and they are never going to pushy. They have earned my business for life. Shout out to Brandon for always providing great service.

I’m new to Van’s and stopped in without an appointment to have new wiper blades put on my car. Staff was very helpful, friendly, professional, and quick! Price was fair and I appreciate them squeezing my service in as quickly as possible. I will continue to be a loyal Van’s customer!

I had an appt to see if my flat tire could be repaired. Within a half hour they had my car finished with a new tire. The outcome I had expected. The charge was quite reasonable. The waiting room was comfortable. The thing I was most impressed with, was they were training a new guy, who had just started that day. They were so patient with him, as they were teaching him how to use the computer, to enter my information, and what needed to be asked. I knew my car was in good hands with Van’s, because of how the employees were treated.

I had an emergency tire repair while traveling to Detroit. I changed it quickly and called the nearest tire service in a panic hoping to squeeze in and get back on the road. A Friday afternoon did not seem possible. I called- the staff said come on in and we will get you back on the road. When I got there, they were ready for me. They were kind and didn’t waste any time on the repair. The environment was laid back and they took their time explaining options and were very thorough. I was back on the road in no time. The service was excellent, especially for an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon.

Quick and professional service from kind staff. Great pricing/coupon/offers and lots of useful additional services available. The lobby was clean and inviting. Chairs were comfortable and there’s some nice snacks/coffee available. Only thing to note is that if you pay with a credit card, there is a small service fee, so keep that in mind if that matters to you. We will be going here for all our car maintenance needs from now on.

Dave and the rest of the staff were very pleasant. Extra service did not feel pushy and knowing what my vehicle needs in the future is a plus. The digital inspection is a nice tool they use for transparency and accountability. The coupon I had also made the whole experience affordable. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks guys!

So happy that we took our Honda in for an oil change. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was helpful to get notifications via text as to the status of the oil change and the report they sent was great to have. Having a coupon was also helpful and the reason I took my car to them. I will return as the experience was great and any and all of our questions about the report were answered immediately. Overall Greta place to take your car to be serviced!

This is only the 2nd time I’ve gone here but really glad I switched from my previous auto tech. Easy drop off set up just put the key in an envelope and drop it in the container. They follow up after a thorough inspection with a text, make recommendations and even without hearing back from me go ahead and complete the prearranged work, so that my car is ready without delay. Had an oil change this time previously they did tires and alignment. Keep your eyes out for coupons cause they come in the blue envelopes in the mail.

Took my truck there after I had tires mounted and needed them balanced. Managed to get me in same day and were a very nice bunch of folks. Luckily theyre just down the road and affordable, will be taking all my tire and suspension needs to them from now on.

This location.. has never come close to overcharging me. But I pass up several other tire stores not for price.. but for the kind service. The folks who work at this Vans..such as Brandon, no matter what the car issue..He is always looking to help you.. That’s the fun of driving to this particular Vans.
