These guys and their cat were awesome! I’m a driving instructor who had a severely damaged tire out while out on the road with a student. Thankfully, we were close enough to Vans, and they were so kind and were able to get us rolling again quickly.

Awesome service and great customer service!! I had a nail on my tire and they were able to get me in and repaired since I had tickets to an OSU wrestling match yesterday evening!! I am so thankful to have purchased the tire repair/replacement coverage.

I have been coming to Van’s for years. They are always honest about what my car needs and never try to pressure me into extra sales. The staff is always courteous and the wait time is exactly what they tell you it will be.

Took my truck in for an alignment after hitting a nasty pothole. They got it straightened out perfectly and didn’t try any upselling, which I really appreciate. Helpful employees and a very professional atmosphere.

The scheduling process was super easy. I went in for a routine tire rotation and a car inspection. The team was very thorough and let me know my brakes were still in good shape. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust this much!

Well I am disabled and found this establishment unbelievably willing to go above and beyond. So I am currently on oxygen from covid in February and only had a limited amount of oxygen tanks and that being said I had called them in advance because they have about a 1 week Wait like most good shops around here seem to and I recently moved here from monroe Michigan where I could get work done with out such a wait but I live in willard and in the thunder storm that came the day of my appointment I was determined to get there on my bald tires that almost got me in a wreck hydro plaining I finally made it there alive not safely the point here is also limited amount of oxygen it took a lot longer to get there at 35 mph than 50mph I took a used set of tires I purchased online from ebay to them and upon seeing my tires they said they are going to be so hard to do that it’s a 2 man job and they are so slammed busy that I may have to come back another day so I asked them if there was any way they could get it done that day because of the oxygen and even offered to pay double or triple or even hourly if necessary and they found a way to make an exception and get it done im so greatful they got it done my car looks better rides better and even though a 15 minute job took them I don’t even know how long I’m guessing 3 or 4 hours with 2 guys for 2 or 3 of those hours which in my opinion is 5 to 7 man hours at i don’t even know what they charge per Man hours but if it’s $100 or more like michigan was that cost them $700 and even though I offered to pay double or whatever they did not raise the price at all and did it for the quoted price over the phone I am so far beyond shocked about that they had to call cust9mers push those customers work back into the next day I can not believe how wonderful they have treated me I definitely will go back there 😀 sorry the pictures look terrible I had to go thru another thunderstorm on the way home but I could not wait to post this review

I needed an alignment right away and I gave Van’s a call and in 2 days my car was done and drivable. I would like to give everyone I came in contact with a very big THANK YOU for being there for me. The curtesy and efficiency of this place was above expectations. I want to extend my thank you Marcus and the mechanic who got my car in last minute and replaced not only my tires but other issues affecting the performance of my car. Dave and the rest of the staff were very pleasant. Extra service did not feel pushy and knowing what my vehicle needs in the future is a plus. I scouted around for a while for set of tires within my price range and this location was the first to reply as well as I had to reschedule last minute, and they were very courteous as well as extremely respectful and kind during my waiting process. VERY thorough quick and simple didn’t try to push any extra add ons. We’re kind to all of the customers on the phone and that walked in the door. All gentleman, and these days in age for a single mom/woman we notice that demeanor as well for service. Excellent location, I hope to see it keep on doing well

So happy that we took our Honda in for an oil change. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was helpful to get notifications via text as to the status of the oil change and the report they sent was great to have. Having a coupon was also helpful and the reason I took my car to them. I will return as the experience was great and any and all of our questions about the report were answered immediately. Service was fast and thorough. I came in for an alignment and an oil change after getting tires somewhere else. The team did a great job with both and even found some issues with how my new tires were mounted that they fixed for me! The managment team was also super nice and made scheduling easy. Will definitely be coming back.

This is only the 2nd time I’ve gone here but really glad I switched from my previous auto tech. Easy drop off set up just put the key in an envelope and drop it in the container. They follow up after a thorough inspection with a text, make recommendations and even without hearing back from me go ahead and complete the prearranged work, so that my car is ready without delay. Had an oil change this time previously they did tires and alignment. Keep your eyes out for coupons cause they come in the blue envelopes in the mail.

Great place. I called and they fit me into their busy schedule for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. They had a nice lobby with good seats. The price for the wheel alignment was also cheaper than some of the other places I called. The waiting time was much shorter than I was expecting, which was amazing! Definitely recommend for all of your car needs!

Every time I leave this place I leave with a smile on my face, knowing my vehicle got the care it needed. The service advisor, Lisa, is sweet and kind. All I did was need a a tire plugged and she told me it was on her. This is why I choose to take my vehicles here. Honest, generous, genuine people that keeps vehicles on the road! Josh and the whole crew are amazing! I had my car at Kia 3 times for the same issue and they kept saying they couldn’t find anything wrong. Got it to Van’s and they got the issue identified and fixed within 2 days! They have top notch service and their communication is the best in the business!

I went to Van’s Auto on the corner of Waterloo and Brown and had the 2 coolest guys greet me and gave me a hell of a laugh and a great service. Josh, Mike, and the rest of the team worked hard and gave my Chevy Tahoe an incredible Bumper to Bumper inspection, and to throw in some great service….also took a deep dive into my warranty to make sure I didn’t do nothing I wasn’t supposed to. Going back to that great team every time it’s something wrong with a vehicle of mine

I came to Van’s Tires about a month ago and had a great experience. Nick took care of me and made the whole process easy. I got four new tires and he even offered to check my battery, which I really appreciated. He was honest, helpful, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. I had experienced a power steering problem due to using a strong stop leak in my power steering reservoir during the summer. It froze up on me during the recent long cold snap .I knew Van’s Auto Service could remedy the dilemma so I made arrangements and let the repairs up to them . I was very pleased with their diagnosis and methods of fixing the problem . They never gave up and the sticky situation was eliminated and new parts were installed and other problems that were diagnosed were repaired . I have been using their services since Oct of 2023 and have always been satisfied with the results. The employees are very respectful and treated me well ; more like a friend than a stranger. I am very pleased with the work performed and Thank Adam for his attention to detail and professional handling of my automotive job request. I strongly recommend Van’s to anyone that needs assistance with new tires or repairs .

They did an amazing job. I first went to a competitor who told me the repairs on my car would cost over $2,500. Instead, I took it to Van’s and worked with Dylan Taylor. Not only did they complete the work with a quick turnaround, but they also did it for about a third of the cost. I highly recommend this location—they are fantastic!

I am so glad that I was referred to Van’s! I had bought 4 tires online and needed someone to put them on. I called at 7:30 on Monday and they had me in by 10:30 am. They did a much needed alignment AND installed a new tail light for me (which I know is not a regular service but they made it happen for me ❤️)

100% recommend Vans Tire pros! I went to the one in wadsworth, which I’m sure they are all the same, and had honest, unparalleled service. Their prices are descent for what things cost these days, and they are truthful about what needs done and worked on! I got about $2500 in work done, it took a few days, and they gave me a loaner car in the meantime! A week later, one of my tires that were just replaced got a bubble in it and they replaced it under warranty for free. All I payed for was balancing, mounting, etc which was around 50 dollars. Work is quality, environment is welcoming and friendly, and an overall genuine, great experience! Lots of financing options available too!!

Absolutely fantastic. Came in for a pre-purchase inspection of a car, and they were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Priced at a third of competitive quotes I received. Even though they were swamped, they were on time for my appointment and got it done fast, brought me out to the garage and pointed out a few small concerns. A+ service and price. Purchased 4 tires to be mounted on newly powder coated wheels. They did an awesome job. Seamless mounting job on all 4 wheels. Gave me a great price and service was great.

The guys here were so nice. They did an awesome job making us feel comfortable! ‘They did great explaining everything to us. The oil change took about an hour but they checked all fluids and brake pads and wipers. I recommend this place. Very nice and clean as well.

I am close to needing new tires, but they didn’t pressure me to buy some right away. Gave me a quote and let me think about it. I have a minor service issue with my Ford F-150. They worked with me to get the truck in, near closing time on a Friday, rather than delaying the possible issue until Monday. Matt, the service technician who worked on the vehicle was conscientious, friendly and clearly very bright. The guys behind the desk, worked to get me in and help me out. I highly recommend Van’s Tire Service and Repair on East Market Street in Akron, Ohio.

I love taking my car to Van’s to because although they do good work at good prices, they’re one of the few places I can trust to make everything right if they ever make a mistake. Because they took care of me in the past, I wasn’t reluctant to bring my car in again for a different issue. And because they didn’t find anything wrong this time,vthey didn’t charge me or try to sell me a different service I didn’t need. And that level of honesty is why I’ve always trusted them in the past when they surprised me with other parts or services my car needed after a multi-point inspection. Our tire pressure light was on and we were out of town. Came out to fill our tires no charge, and discovered that the sensors were bad. They got us in last minute to replace the sensors, and even turned on a kids’ show for my toddler in the lobby while we waited. Wonderful speedy service and so kind!

I called Vans the previous Afternoon and told them about my battery dying twice in two days they were great and told me they would fit me in the next day. If I could just drop my car off, they got it checked out and done all within a couple of hours. Fabulous service.

Love this Parma location for Van’s! George and Mike are awesome and always ensure that I get great quality work at the best price. As a female, I can walk in confidently and know I’ll get treated with respect and courtesy and that is not something that usually happens to us females at many mechanic shops. Vans is a wonderful spot to take your car. This is my second experience with them and both have been phenomenal!! They were quick to help my son with his car a couple months ago and made sure he was safe so when my car was acting up that is the first place I went. They had me driving safe in no time. Josh explained very thoroughly what could be happening and gave me some options, but didn’t pressure me into a certain fix and didn’t charge me when I decided to not get any work done. Wouldn’t even let me compensate them for their time when I offered! As a single girl in her 20s I felt very taken care of here and would highly recommend this place.

I didn’t have an appointment with Van’s. Wherever shops I went at that day in Akron, everyone of them tried to schedule an appointment for me the next day. Howrver, the employees at Van’s, were polite at the front office & at the back shop. They asked me if I can wait a little. Probably 45 min. passed or so, & one of the lead mechanics Corey & his partner mechanic (forgot the name, nice guy too) were knowledgable enough to perform the alignment on my S550 4Matic Mercedes-Benz. It’s a bit complicated to do it when it comes to Mercedes-Benz especially 4Matic. I was happy that they took care of it fast & performed job well done. I would definitely go there again & will recommend them to my family & friends.

This location.. has never come close to overcharging me. But I pass up several other tire stores not for price.. but for the kind service. The folks who work at this Vans..such as Brandon, no matter what the car issue..He is always looking to help you.. That’s the fun of driving to this particular Vans.

We went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Tiffany took good care of us as always. She is truly an asset to the company. Always friendly and willing to do what it takes to make sure her customers are taken good care of. She always lets us know If there’s something that might need to be addressed on our next visit or two. This way we’re not taken by surprise And know what to expect.

The man at the desk was friendly and courteous. He took very good care of us. We wanted a radiator flush done on our SUV, but he told us it was done the year before and that it was not necessary. Needed 4 tires for my Honda CRV. The next day Vans Tire Center replaced them with highly rated tires for a price better than Costco. Lifetime rotation and balance included. Checked 4 wheel drive alignment for free. Road hazard replacement/roadside assistance included in quoted price. Very friendly and honest sales and service people. I give 5 stars for only the best. No matter whats going on… no matter the problem…. vans on tripplet and canton rd.. Are the most dependable shop ive seen so far… from the dependable exceptional work and service.. To just holding a conversation when one needs it the most while waiting….. The manager is a MAN OF GOD.. and he is trustworthy.. It is shown by his character.. And thank you Josh and the others For there hard work keeping our family’s car safe… I half to add Somthings to this review.. When in was in financial need and struggling abit. They offered me somthing called snap financing.. With out having all of the money to complete the repairs It alowed me to get the repairs done With several reasonable ways to repay them at affordable low weekly payments. I need to remind my self to not lean on my own understanding and continue to let god lead. when things can look one way but there somthing completely different they really try in every way to help the people of the community. Got tires last week from Van’s and was very pleased. Their service was great, the 4 new tires have been a nice smooth ride that i didnt have to pay an arm and a leg for. I’m also having them look at/fix other things as well, i go back in the next week to pinpoint a leak. Highly recommended if you need an honest fair an welcoming place to take your car, they’ll take good care of you like they have me so far!

I found myself in a bind with a set of tires purchased from another vendor. I called Van’s in Iberia just to see if, by chance, they could fit me in to help me out. It turned out they were able to within about 5-10 minutes from when I called. I believe it was David who helped me out and they have certainly earned my business. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and were not obligated to do so, nor did they have to work me in as quickly as they did. Outstanding service! Thank you very much!! Next time I am in need of tires, I will be in touch.

These guys and their cat were awesome! I’m a driving instructor who had a severely damaged tire out while out on the road with a student Thankfully, we were close enough to Vans, and they were so kind and were able to get us rolling again with a new tire very quickly. Seeing their sweet kitty and hearing his backstory also made this experience top notch! 😻

The attention to detail didn’t stop at the install either — they also handled a wheel alignment afterward to make sure everything was set up properly and the tires perform exactly as they should. Just wanted to say I had a great experience at Van’s. Called them about needing a plug put in one of my tires on my work van due to a nail and they were on my way home from work. They were all booked up but told me to stop by on my way through. Once I was there they got my van right in and plugged the tire getting me back on the road in about a 1/2 and didnt even charge me !! I believe I will be purchasing my next set of tires for my van from them after this kind of service. Thanks Van’s, you saved the day !!

I was a walk-in, was walked through some of the tire choices available (very knowledgeable). I was then worked in and work was done in a very timely manner. The alignment was checked and was not needed, they place the old tires I wanted to keep in my vehicle. Paid the bill as quoted and on my way home. Great service.

Love this place. They accept Snap financing which is excellent for people like me that live check to check. I’ve gotten over $3k worth of work done here that wouldn’t have been possible without the financing. The staff is great, friendly, informative, polite, exactly what you want when you’re not in a great situation. Helping a friend out that picked up a screw in her tire. Showed up at vans without an appointment. They took the tire back patched it plugged it and I was out of there in less than 45 min. The staff is all polite and courteous and I highly recommend using their services. I’m going to be needing tires and they’ll be the first place that I look. I really like the way they treat their customers and to me that means a lot nowadays. So yes I would recommend vans to anyone needing service to their automobile?

Easy to set up an appointment online, desk folks are nice and friendly, the shop cat is friendly too. I was able to get my car back the same day. Surprisingly since some of the work that had to be done.

Vans is my go to auto place. They are honest – dealership said we needed all new brakes, but Vans said to wait. We always have a good experience.

Love this place! Found it by chance and it’s the best find of the year!! My daughter’s Audi A4 needed bump stops and back shocks, along with her engine splash guard repaired. Super quick turn around, and transparent pricing. The car is driving amazing! Mike, the service rep was excellent, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. I heard about Vans through a friend and decided to give it a go. I went online to see what options they had which was super easy to navigate if you know your tire size and what you want. The staff was super friendly and the process was extremely smooth. I opted for the $100 alignment but they were more concerned about me as a customer and told me my car was within alignment parameters and didn’t need to spend the money. They didn’t try to sell me their top tier tire and gave me the pros and cons of each option. I highly recommend giving them your business and hopefully it’s as good of an experience for you as it was me!
