As always, Vans Tire Pros in Norwalk Ohio delivers top notch service. From the front desk, to the service center the staff is friendly and ready to answer any and all questions. I have been using Vans for a few years and the service is always top notch. This time, the prices were even lower than anticipated! I would recommend Vans to anyone!

They went above and beyond to get the stiff tires on my Jeep rims. They didn’t give up, kept trying until they accomplished it. The place where I bought the tires gave up on it and recommended Van’s. I had never heard of Van’s before this. The next day I came back and bought tires for my wife’s car. Very friendly staff. This will be my go to place for tires.

The man named Jim up front was very friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and didn’t leave any question unanswered. They ran a diagnostic of my car to figure out the issue. They were able to detect it and get it fixed all within the same day of my appointment. Although I had to reschedule due to the time I had. Regardless, it was all done in the same week. I love how they give you a detailed report as to what the issue is. I’ll be back for every single one of my car needs. They were great. And a HUGE bonus that they have a shop kitty!

Had a flat tire on the turnpike driving through, these folks took great care of us and got us on the road right at the end of their workday. Everyone was friendly and helpful, 10/10 would recommend. Also Wrencher is a really chill cat you can hang out with in the waiting area.

I am very grateful for the guys at Van’s. They got our truck in within a few hours . Due to us leaving on vacation same night. They also found a loose tie rod. Super grateful for them as it would’ve been a significant issue with us pulling a boat through the hills. Thank you

They did an amazing job. I first went to a competitor who told me the repairs on my car would cost over $2,500. Instead, I took it to Van’s and worked with Dylan Taylor. Not only did they complete the work with a quick turnaround, but they also did it for about a third of the cost. I highly recommend this location—they are fantastic!

I’ve used Van’s several times over the years, and they never disappoint. This time, they were able to get me in quickly to fix a tire leak, which I really appreciated. They’re always honest, professional, and never try to upsell you on services you don’t need. Highly recommend!

Awesome service and great customer service!! I had a nail on my tire and they were able to get me in and repaired since I had tickets to an OSU wrestling match yesterday ET day evening!! These guys and their cat were awesome! I’m a driving instructor who had a severely damaged tire out while out on the road with a student Thankfully, we were close enough to Vans, and they were so kind and were able to get us rolling again with a new tire very quickly. Seeing their sweet kitty and hearing his backstory also made this experience top notch! 😻

I was a walk-in, was walked through some of the tire choices available (very knowledgeable). I was then worked in and work was done in a very timely manner. The alignment was checked and was not needed, they place the old tires I wanted to keep in my vehicle. Paid the bill as quoted and on my way home. Great service.

Helping a friend out that picked up a screw in her tire. Showed up at vans without an appointment. They took the tire back patched it plugged it and I was out of there in less than 45 min. The staff is all polite and courteous and I highly recommend using their services. I’m going to be needing tires and they’ll be the first place that I look. I really like the way they treat their customers and to me that means a lot nowadays. So yes I would recommend vans to anyone needing service to their automobile?

Easy to set up an appointment online, desk folks are nice and friendly, the shop cat is friendly too. I was able to get my car back the same day. Surprisingly since some of the work that had to be done.
