I’ve always gotten great service at several Vans stores throughout the years, but today they surprised me! I had a leaky tire for about 2 months. Finally I called Vans this morning. Matt said if I came right away they could get it fixed today. Great! About an hour after dropping off the car they called and said there was a nail in the tire and that the patch would be no charge!! What?? They have a roadside service policy that I completely forgot about because we bought the tires there 2 years ago. It covers nails! I had literally forgotten and if they would have charged me I would not have complained. But being told it was covered was such an awesome surprise! Thank you to the team at Vans! We will not buy our tires anywhere else!

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. We called because we needed new tires, we found the ones we were looking for and they were on sale. Our appointment was scheduled us on the same week and the service was fast. Very professional, we are very happy. Thanks!

Excellent experience from start to finish! This local tire shop has helped us more than once now, and every experience has been great. They’ve always been incredibly helpful with pricing, timing, and overall customer service. They take the time to explain options, give fair prices without pressure, and get the work done quickly and professionally. What really stands out is their honesty and customer care. Like any business, mistakes can happen once in a while, but the important thing is that they make it right — and this shop absolutely does. If something isn’t perfect, they fix it without excuses and make sure the customer is taken care of. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. This definitely won’t be our last purchase from them. We’ve trusted them multiple times already and will continue purchasing from them in the future. Highly recommend to anyone needing tires.

Had a very positive experience. They answered all my questions honestly did not try to up sell me. Showed me how to save money on future services. I have had my car for 10 years always did every services on time at a dealership which was expensive, my car is my baby and take very good care of her and I trust this place to do my future services. Bless the person that paid the bill thank you so much and to the employees also.

Great service. Very friendly people and even helped me out because I didn’t have the enough cash exactly for the part that I needed. So they helped me out with a small discount to make sure that I was able to get it in and get it out today because I needed it for getting to physical therapy. Definitely recommend getting work done there over other places

Vans auto is always a huge help when it comes to getting my oil changes done. They’re very communicative when it comes to certain parts that need fixing as well. Glad I can rely on them to always keep my car on track !

Very polite Got down to business ordered my tires from warehouse. They were in times rescheduled my installation date !! ( excellent ) communication. Completed installation in 1 1/2 hours excellent!! Nice people

Van’s Wadsworth is consistently friendly, helpful and able to fully and accurately translate issues with my car so that I understand the problem as well as catch safety issues I may be unaware of. Diagnostics are quick and thorough as are the repairs. Even though my particular issue wouldn’t replicate while my car was there (new battery draining and not starting with no issues on diagnostics), they worked with me to put a plan in place if it reoccurrs. Really great people and excellent service.

100% recommend Vans Tire pros! I went to the one in wadsworth, which I’m sure they are all the same, and had honest, unparalleled service. Their prices are descent for what things cost these days, and they are truthful about what needs done and worked on! I got about $2500 in work done, it took a few days, and they gave me a loaner car in the meantime! A week later, one of my tires that were just replaced got a bubble in it and they replaced it under warranty for free. All I payed for was balancing, mounting, etc which was around 50 dollars. Work is quality, environment is welcoming and friendly, and an overall genuine, great experience! Lots of financing options available too!!

Absolutely fantastic. Came in for a pre-purchase inspection of a car, and they were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Priced at a third of competitive quotes I received. Even though they were swamped, they were on time for my appointment and got it done fast, brought me out to the garage and pointed out a few small concerns. A+ service and price. I see why they are so busy!

Purchased 4 tires to be mounted on newly powder coated wheels. They did an awesome job. Seamless mounting job on all 4 wheels. Gave me a great price and service was great.

The guys here were so nice. They did an awesome job making us feel comfortable! ‘They did great explaining everything to us. The oil change took about an hour but they checked all fluids and brake pads and wipers. I recommend this place. Very nice and clean as well.
