I went to Vans North Ridgeville to get an oil change, I had over 100,000 miles and had not had a review of my car in a long time. The review identified 13 things that needed attention, including new tires and new brakes! All of this was explained to me in great detail by Steve, who understood my recent financial constraints being newly retired. Steve led me through the good-better-best scenarios with tires and explained my need for both the tires and brakes, to get my car in safe riding condition. Vans offers a 6 month credit card, zero interest, which was a great way for me to chip away at the fees for this service. This is my second visit to Vans, and as noted in my last review, I would not go anywhere else. They are compassionate, understanding, provide excellent service and give me confidence that they are not overselling me. Steve was the absolute best and additional thanks to Taylor and Mike. The staff at this location seem to support each other and work very well together. Thanks to all.

Needed to have tires installed and a wheel alignment on my F250. Great service, happy to have my truck driving smooth and straight again
