To the CEO or Owner of van 's Tires , Akron . Sir / madam I am a physician and was driving to come to hospital at Salem , I had a flat tire . Some one on the street told me to come to your store , I carefully drove one mile and got there . The manager was very nice and took care of my problem immediately, He is very compassionate and understood the need that I need to go to hospital to attend on my patients . The auto worker in the shop and the manager both thought through and provided me with a old tire immediately. With in ten minutes I was on highway again . I offered money for the tire and manager did not take , I gave little to the auto shop worker who fixed the tire . I asked manager many times to charge me for the work provided but he is very much sure he doesn't need to charge for old tire . He is genuinely interested in taking care of customers. These guys are a bunch of life savers! They helped me fix a flat tire free of charge! It was a bad day but now its all good! Thanks for being so helpful to a gal in need!! I'll be back for that oil change and new brakes!!
