Pulled out of my garage at 2pm today. Discovered that I had a flat tire. Drove the short distance to Vans and was fixed and home by 5:30pm. Vans has always been friendly, courteous and honest every time we have gone. And we will continue to go there and recommend them.

Ordered 4 tires and scheduled install for Saturday morning. Thought they would be swamped but I was home in less time than I expected.

Absolutely wonderful service for an emergency flat tire. Being from out of state, I randomly chose Van’s Tire Pro for service. They were very welcoming, provided immediate service and allowed us to continue our trip. Repairman was highly efficient, explained problem with tire, and we were on our way with minimum delay. All said and done, great customer service.

This message is for John at the Service Desk. Thank you so much for your friendly service! You guys nailed it!! (Pun intended) I had another Tire Service place check out my slow leak when I was out of town, but they didn't find anything wrong and the leak continued. Within and hour, you found the problem and repaired it. AND...at no charge. You can be sure that you folks will get all of my family's tire service in the future.
