I had new tires purchased new tires, which came with a rebate from both Van's and by signing up and using a new credit card. The rebate from Vans was processed right away. The rebate from the card company was rejected. But, Lisa helped me get the necessary information resubmitted and the rebate was approved. The card company made this process difficult and I was frustrated until Lisa stepped in to help. Thank you Lisa!

Best service I've ever had at a car place. They made me feel welcome from the time i walked in the door and went up and beyond to stay and get my car done. Noone else would have done that. I'd like to thank Matt for his kindness and empathy and Ali as well. And Please thank the guys that stayed to get my car done because I needed it early in the morning.
