I forgot I had the protection Plan on my tires, when I came in Mike explained all I had to pay for was the install and the Vans Tire Pros protection plan paid for the tire. Thank You Vans!!

This is the first time I have felt comfortable at a repair shop. I was greeted right away, Rebecca was so nice and I could tell how much she loves her job. She offered to make me coffee and explained the necessary repairs so that I could understand. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you for everything!

Mike, the person behind the counter, made me feel welcome, and he seemed to genuinely care about my car problem. I plan on bringing all my business to Vans of Norwalk from now on. Give that man a raise.

This location always takes good care of me and my car. Tony and Joel are excellent communicators and kept me in the loop every step of the way while my car was serviced. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to their high standards.
