As usual Mike and the guys at Van’s Tire Pros of Mansfield provided top notch care and kept me up to date with the progress on my new Michelin Tires, the oil change and alignment on my Yukon. I could not recommend them more! Always friendly, prompt and professional.

Today I walked into the Canton Rd Akron OH Van's Tire Location due to a light in my car indicating low air pressure in one of my tires. I never expected to be greeted by the most enthusiastic gentleman who indicated I could park in a close location in proximity to the front entrance, upon entering he greeted me with a big beautiful smile just filled with happiness and asked how my day was going , I told him about the tire light and he had someone immediately address the problem and filled each of my tires with the proper amount of air in addition to replacing a missing cap, I proceeded back inside to try and pay yet was told absolutely not. I'm so humbled by this experience the staff was incredibly accommodating and truly my Christmas Angels.... How fortunate Ellet OH is to have Van's Tires, I encourage everyone bring their business to Van's in Akron!
