Good friendly service and staff

Great service, and friendly people. I came in just to get a tire patched and they did it very quickly so I could get back to work. I would definitely recommend.

Van’s Tire Pros saved the day! On the way back to NYS with my wife from a trip to Tennessee we encountered many obstacles. First we were stuck in an hours long traffic jam on I-71 North of Louisville, Kentucky and then our tire blew 5 miles outside of Medina, Ohio at 2 am. We tried to get a tow because I stupidly left the car jack in NYS and no one was available to help us after trying to utilize two separate insurance companies. No one came so we decided to sleep on the side of the Highway in the car. At 4 AM a tow truck driver knocked on our window as we were nodding off. He helped us put a donut on the car which allowed us to drive the vehicle to Van’s to drop off the car. Van’s was very prompt at calling early in the morning to start the process of putting new tires on the front of the car. The prices were reasonable and they were honest and got us back on the road in no time. They discovered the front control arm was going south and advised us to drive carefully back to NYS because there were no parts available. In addition they did not push for an alignment, saying it would be useless regarding the condition of the car. I was very grateful for their honesty, reasonable price and expedience in getting us back on the road after the lengthy ordeal. I highly recommend them! - Max
