From the first call Hugh was very helpful and efficient in getting my vehicle in in a timely fashion; also knowing I had so much time before i needed it back. They went above and beyond to take care of the issues needed as well as provide me with a fair assessment of the services needed and not try to upsell me. 5/5 for me.

Popped in hoping that they could patch a tire but it was too close to the side wall. Since my car is AWD decided to just get 4 new tires. They had a good selection of choices and I was able to find tires within my budget. Without an appointment they had me out the door in just over an hour which was greatly appreciated.

Service was fast and thorough. I came in for an alignment and an oil change after getting tires somewhere else. The team did a great job with both and even found some issues with how my new tires were mounted that they fixed for me! The managment team was also super nice and made scheduling easy. Will definitely be coming back.

The man at the desk was friendly and courteous. He took very good care of us. We wanted a radiator flush done on our SUV, but he told us it was done the year before and that it was not necessary. We greatly appreciated his honesty. The mechanic was very through in checking out the vehicle. We will recommend Van’s to our friends & family.

Always professional, always treated like family! As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted with kindness and courtesy. I’ve had my oil changes done here, tires ect. nobody treats me better and gives me a amazing deal like vans! I love how they send you a text with pictures of any work that has been done or something they see needs done. I just picked up my Jeep and they went over everything with me before I left, to make sure I understand everything and that I’m happy with my service. Needed 4 tires for my Honda CRV. The next day Vans Tire Center replaced them with highly rated tires for a price better than Costco. Lifetime rotation and balance included. Checked 4 wheel drive alignment for free. Road hazard replacement/roadside assistance included in quoted price. Very friendly and honest sales and service people. I give 5 stars for only the best. Buy local.
