It is rare these days to find such accommodating and excellent service that I received from Lisa and crew at the Wooster branch of Vans.....She suggested the best tire for my vehicle and even helped with a manufacturer's warranty issue. Lisa made this a pleasant experience for me. If you want a great product along with unparalleled customer service...ask for Lisa at Van's in Wooster!

Scheduled my appointment for my car to get new tires. I showed up a little early, they were able to get me in and out with an oil change in a decent amount of time. Felt like I was in and out. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly.
