Vickie is always very helpful with my needs.she even called me before my appointment to make sure I was ok with the ice storm!! I only take my car to her now.

Have been getting awesome service and great pricing from Vans in Parma, the manager George will go out on a limb to help you keep you car on the road.. I would and have recommended Vans to my family and friends. Thank you GUYS you are great. Helped me so much.....

I’m so appreciative of George and the techs at this location. Not only did they get me in the same day twice but cared about my safety. I had purchased tires outside of Vans that ended up being unsafe and instead of just putting them on, they explained why the tires were a safety risk and helped me find tires within my price range. Will absolutely be back and will be referring this location to friends/family!
