Parents car tire went flat. I discovered it while I was back in town. All other tire places were booked the day before New Year’s Eve. George Lattimer at the day drive location said “let me see the tire”. It had a deep screw in it. 10 min later, he brought it out filled and fixed and said “merry Christmas”. I was born and raised in parma hts and went to VF and CSU. Now that I have moved, when I come back and need tire help or service, I will go to Vans. The Christmas spirit still exists! George and the team are good ones!!
