I can't say enough good things about the Van's that is located in Parma, Ohio. George is the store service manager and he excels at customer service. I took my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica into Van's because the radiator was leaking. George called me later in the day and told me I needed to replace the radiator because it had a hole in it. I authorized the repair work. Once George's service techs started work on my van George called me. He told me that the frame that holds the radiator in place was damaged. George told me it looked like my van had hit something and that caused the damage. He suggested I call my insurance company and file an accident claim, which I did. George's concern for his customers saved me thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket expenses. I take all of our cars to Van's for service. They are reasonably priced and they always do an incredible job.

The service job was done timely. Recommend to everyone.

Purchased 4 new tires and the shop was super busy, was able to leave my car and they squeezed me into the schedule.

The few front in people were very helpful with my services today!!! The two gentlemen and lady explained to me what was getting done to my car and what future things I need to come back in for. So I appreciate that!!! Very good service!!!
