The E. Waterloo Team in Akron OH were amazing! I felt like a valued customer and right at home. Jason and his team did a free and very thorough analysis of the vehicle and sent the report and pictures via text so I can review. Did not force any services on you and brought me out to the car to show me the target areas the vehicle could use some improvement. My main service was for a high performing All Season replacement set of tires. Jason offered me some advice and I could not be more pleased with my Michelin Cross Climate 2. The grip has been excellent and the noise is quite low for the treads on these suckers. My main focus will be the coming winter but from other reviews I do not think these Michelins will let me down. Thanks to everyone for making this experience spectacular and found a great place to get honest and reliable service.
