I was having road noise issues with a used Honda Civic I recently purchased. After taking up way to much of Nates time, we came to the conclusion of which tire would work the best. My biggest concern about my car vanished. The tires immensely reduced the amount of road noise. I am thrilled at the upgrade in quality of my cars ride and the reduced noise level. Their price was un-beatable when combined with their deals. I got a premium set of tires, road hazard warranty and an alignment for what I would have paid for just the 4 lesser know brand tires mounted from any other place I checked. And believe me, I checked! Samantha was extra helpful with my bill and rebates and Justin really new his stuff in the shop. Highly recommend. Honestly, if you need tires and Nick Chubb runs for any yards at all on Sunday, (special promotion only on Mondays) you are making a mistake by not checking here first. If you do, you will most likely buy here. I'm glad I did.

Vans went above and beyond for me. I went in to get tires for my truck and have them look at the brakes. They told me what was wrong with the trucks brakes and economic suggestions to fix it and when I went to order tires they didn’t push the most expensive tires on me, they found me a good deals and gave me suggestions for tires that would work best for my truck and for what I wanted to do with it. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience there! I have been and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment, it was a miscommunication error. Instead of making me come back or reschedule, they fit me in and worked with me so that I didn't have to take work off again. The 2 gentleman at the counter that I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable, and they communicated with me about what was going on with my car the whole time. Great service!! I will continue to go to Vans for all my car needs, just like I always do. They will not disappoint!!

Called in to get a quote…..Nate went above and beyond to quote me a great deal on a set of tires just to transfer me to a closer location. Just wanted to give him a shout and a thank you!!!! Highly recommend calling in for great customer service!!!!

Sometimes it isn’t what you do—but what you don’t do—that matters. Took my Equinox to get looked at because it was running loud and probably needed something replaced (Muffler, catalytic converter, etc.). They put it on the lift, and sure enough, there was a crack in the resonator. Because of how things were set up and the bracket between the CC and resonator couldn’t be detached, typically a shop would have to replace the entire assembly, including the CC, resonator, muffler, and all pipes in between (prob $2K+). Instead, the guy suggested I take it to a local muffler shop that would cut out the resonator and replace it individually. Much less expensive, and I didn’t need to replace the CC and muffler that are just fine. Thanks, Van’s… I’m already a regular, but I’m even more so now.

I had a slow tire leak in one of my tires. Called their location and they were able to squeeze me in to fix it within minutes. Waited less than an hour from when I arrived and plugged the tire no problem. Courteous staff, great service.
